CLUB NIGHT - Wednesday

• briefing @ 5.30pm in Summer (Oct-Mar) and 5:15pm in Winter (Apr-Sept),

• leaving from the King Street car park (check the club calendar).

SOCIAL RUN - Tue 6am from King St.

CROSS COUNTRY SERIES- held on the weekends from March-October.

The club runs a Golden K event (1000 metres) approximately once every 6 weeks.
