Run 4 Weeks is back – four Sundays of running, each with a different course and challenge to test your pace and endurance. Whether you're looking to boost your fitness or take on a fun new challenge, this is the perfect opportunity.
Event Overview
4 Events on Sundays: 22 June, 29 June, 6 July, 27 July 2024
Start Time: 9:00am sharp (Please arrive by 8:45am to sign in)
Exception: 21km on 27 July starts at 8:00am
Course Types: shared path, trail, hills – each week is different
How It Works
Choose one category to compete in: Short or Long
You must complete the same category each week to be eligible for a prize.
Points awarded for your best 3 races: 1st = 12 points, 2nd = 10, then 9, 8, 7, etc.
Run as many or as few races as you like.
Entry & Prizes
Free for club members
$20 total for non-members (covers all 4 events)
Prizes for 1st, 2nd and 50+ age category for male and female in short and long course.
Volunteers Needed
Each week, we need a few extra hands to help make the events run smoothly. Volunteer roles include:

22 June – Super Sprint
3km (short) / 6km (long) - Out & Back
Course: Busselton Jetty towards Port Geographe Marina (shared path)
Arrive by 8:45am to sign in on grass area in front of Shelter
29 June – King of the Hills
5km (short) / 10km (long 2 laps) - Out & Back (trail)
Course: Sugarloaf Rock Carpark to Cape Naturaliste Lighthouse Track
Arrive by 8:45am to sign in at Sugarloaf Rock Carpark
6 July – Cross Country
8km (short) / 16km (long 2 laps) - Out & Back
Course: Wadandi Track (trail, likely to be a bit wet and muddy)
Arrive by 8:45am to sign in at Cowaramup Men’s Shed, Cowaramup
27 July – Long Course Finale
10.5km (short) / 21km (shared path)
Course: Busselton Jetty towards Abbey
Long course arrive by 7:45am to sign in on grass area in front of Shelter
Short course arrive by 8:45am
